Depatment of Sociology

The department of Sociology was established in the year 1971. The department has a tradition of highly qualified and excellent teachers. Department started with the first lecturer was Mr. K.B. Ingole. Currently, Dr. R. B. Kale is working as an Assistant professor and Head of the Department of Sociology. He is an M.A.Ph.D, NET in Sociology. Mr. D. P. Manchare (M. A. SET in Sociology) also an assistant professor on (CHB). The department has a tradition of good results.

The department run by certificate course in Rural Development. The focus of the department develop students with social ethics and values.
